Give a teenager a free ticket to an NYO concert this summer

Unlock a powerful experience that could change their whole life.

Many young people across the country are locked out of experiencing the excitement and thrill of a live orchestral concert. The anticipation as the lights dim, and the moment the conductor lifts their baton and the music envelops you. For some, family finances mean a ticket isn’t something they can afford. Others believe that orchestral music isn’t for them, or that they don’t belong in a concert hall.

You can play your part in giving a teenager an experience that will be with them for their whole life.

For £20, you could give a teenager a free ticket to come and see NYO perform live this summer – unlocking a life-changing experience that they would never get to have without you.

It could open up a world of sound and emotional connection for a teenager that they hadn’t ever imagined possible. They will see teenage musicians on stage who look like them, from all backgrounds, and realise that this experience can be for them.

We feel a real responsibility to show people our age how exciting orchestral music can be. I find it impossible to put into words what it feels like when they burst into applause. Without free tickets for teenagers, this could never happen.
